We want every buyer to be able to research new-construction communities on this site, regardless of how they browse.

Our approach

This site is built with semantic HTML, visible focus styles, keyboard-operable controls, descriptive labels and text alternatives for imagery. Interactive map results are also available as a keyboard-accessible list so map content can be reached without a pointer. We aim to align with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some third-party components and builder-provided content may not fully conform. We review and improve the site as issues are identified.
